The short version
Your data is yours. We store only what the app needs to work, and you can delete it.
Account data we store
When you create an account we store your email address, your chosen display name, your plan, and your usage limits. We use this only to sign you in and run your workspace — we never sell your data.
Chats and conversations
Your conversations are saved privately to your account so you can continue them on any device. Only you can see them. Deleted chats move to a trash bin and are permanently removed after 30 days.
Files and media you add
Documents, images, voice notes, and media you upload or generate are stored in your private library. They are only used to provide the features you ask for, like chatting with your files or replaying saved creations.
How AI providers process your prompts
To answer you, your prompts (and any files you attach to them) are sent to third-party AI providers such as OpenRouter and Replicate. These providers process the content to generate a response. We choose providers that do not use your content to train their models, but we recommend not sharing sensitive personal information in prompts.
What AndresAI learns about you
To personalize answers, AndresAI saves preferences and corrections you state in chat (for example "keep answers short"), facts you ask it to remember, and the thumbs up/down ratings and feedback you give on replies, together with a short excerpt of that reply. These are private to your account, are added to your future chats only to follow your preferences, and are never used to train AI models. You can review and delete each learned item anytime in Settings → Smart AI. With Multi-AI Reasoning turned on, your prompt is sent to two AI models instead of one.
Deleting your data
You are in control. You can delete individual chats at any time from the chat history (they are erased permanently after 30 days). To delete your whole account and everything stored with it — chats, files, media, and settings — use the button below. Your account and everything stored with it are erased automatically and permanently.
